Death penalty is the punishment of execution, administered to someone legally convicted of a capital crime. We believe that the death penalty should be passed only when the evidence is viable. Before passing the death penalty, it should be court’s responsibility to check if the guilty is mentally stable and the crime wasn’t committed because of a disease. If so then the guilty should be admitted into a mental asylum because he deserves to be treated. In addition, Death penalty costs more than life in prison and the state is losing money. Sometimes the evidence is wrong and an innocent is punished but by the time the court realizes that, it’s too late and we lost an innocent soul. Therefore we plan to pass bills that restrict the use of death penalty and could only be used if evidence is strong, the suspect is mentally stable, the crime was committed in the right state of mind and the state/ court is not making a mistake when passing the death penalty.
